We dispatch orders from our studio in Wiltshire in the UK, from Monday to Friday, normally within 24 hours.
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail.
Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

WITHIN THE UK
Standard signed for shipping FREE. Estimated transit time: 2-7 business days.
Special Delivery: £7.50. Transit: Overnight before 1pm.
Important If your order is required to be delivered within 8 business days, we strongly recommend opting for Special Delivery.
As buyer, it is your responsibility to provide the correct address/addressee and to be able to take delivery of/collect your package. If either requirement is not met and your order is not delivered as a result, refunds will not be provided. If goods are returned to us by Australia Post as undeliverable, a refund will be provided, minus our original shipping expenses.
If your delivery address is a business premises, please don’t forget to add the name of the business in the delivery address — delivery companies sometimes will not deliver to a business address with no company name.

INTERNATIONAL (selected countries)
We offer international flat rate shipping of £12.00, no matter how many charms you wish to include in the same order.
Orders of £100.00 and over qualify for free shipping.

Important Depending on your country's laws you may be charged an import duty and/or tax. All import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are unable to advise you whether import duties will be chargeable as they vary from country to country and are at the discretion of your country's customs officials. Please contact your customs office for this information. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping companies, while generally reliable, deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive within this time. Refunds will not be eligible on orders returned to us due to refusal to receive.

TRANSIT TIMES
Estimated transit times for international destinations are not guaranteed. Generally speaking these timeframes are accurate but occasionally, for causes beyond our control, there are delays which we cannot be held responsible for, therefore if you have a deadline by which you need to receive your order, you order at your risk.
We dispatch orders promptly, normally within 24 hours. Transit times to international destinations should only take 7-21 days, however, by shopping on our website you agree to allow up to 15 business days (UK) / 30 business days (all other countries) for delivery of your order, before requesting a refund or replacement.


CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Things get very busy throughout the postal network leading up to and beyond the Christmas/New Year period, resulting in transit times usually taking longer so please order as early as possible if your purchase is intended as a gift! Each year we provide delivery deadline dates on our blog in early December.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
We do our utmost to ensure that the inventory of our website is well stocked, but may occasionally be unable to fulfil an order. Should this occur, we will let you know and dispatch will take place as soon as all items are in stock (usually within two-three weeks). If your order is urgent, please email us to check availability before placing your order.

PACKAGING
All orders are presented beautifully in an organza pouch or matt black gift box and are thoughtfully packed to safeguard against damage in transit. Please note that multiple charms will be packaged together to keep environmental impact to a minimum. If you require your charms to be separately boxed or pouched, please request in the notes at checkout.

GIFT SERVICE
If your purchase is intended as a gift, we can send your charm/s to the recipient on your behalf, beautifully presented in a ribboned box with an optional gift card containing your personal message. All you need to do is let us know that your order is a gift in the Order Notes box during checkout, this is also where you can enter the wording for the gift card if you’d like to include one and you can even let us know the recipient's favourite colour as we may be able to accommodate this with our extensive collection of colourful ribbons!
Our packing slips do not display prices.

COLLECTION OF ORDERS

We’re sometimes asked if it is possible for a customer to pick up their order in person. Since Charmarama is an online only business, with no shop front, we regret that it is not possible for orders to be collected.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please first check the estimated transit times above. Then please check the latest tracking information by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email sent to you at time of dispatch. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk mail. We’ll be glad to offer assistance, should you need it.
Please note that, in the unlikely event your order is not delivered, it is important to contact us in good time after the expected delivery date – if more than three weeks has passed since despatch date, it may no longer be possible to help as Royal Mail are only able to investigate within a limited timeframe.
